The 2nd Plenary Session of the 1st Session of the 12th National People’s Congress will be convened at 15:00 on March 8th, 2013 (Friday) at the Great Hall of the People(GHP).

The session will hear the report on the work of the NPC Standing Committee delivered by Chairman Wu Bangguo of the NPC Standing Committee.
