<b>It may harm the relations between South Korea and Japan</b>

The decision was passed on the occasion of the ending of general elections of Japan and South Korea. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe wrote a personal letter to South Korean President Park Geun-hye, conveying his stance that South Korea is a neighbor and an important country to Japan. The Newsis News Agency of South Korea said the ruling may cause diplomatic friction between Japan and South Korea in the context of Japanese ultra-rightist taking power.
