Third highlight: The "Xuzhou" ship carried out two escort missions in the Gulf of Aden and the waters off the Somali coast from July to December in 2009 and from November 2010 to May 2011 respectively. It accomplished 62 escort missions for 631 Chinese and foreign ships and achieved the goal of 100% safety of the escorted ships and its own personnel and equipment.
