High temperatures and scarce rainfall results in severe damages in Zhejiang (3)

Photo taken on Aug. 13, 2013 shows a dried-up pond which provides water for villagers living in downstream areas in Dongshan Village of Yuyao, east China's Zhejiang Province. High temperatures and scarce rainfall which have lasted over 40 days resulted in severe damage of agriculture and shortage of drinking water for over 417,000 people in Zhejiang.
