A private auto cartoon painting competition and parade was held in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang province April 27, 2014. Over 100 private car owners and animation painting enthusiasts painted well-known animation characters onto the cars and participated in a car parade afterwards. The event was organized as a warm-up ahead of the upcoming 10th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival to be held in Hangzhou from April 28 to May 3.
